Moondisc: Breastfeeding Pump Gauge

Not exactly what you'd expect on a model shop website we know, but we are nethertheless proud to be able to support our National Health Service.

After being approached by Ellie May Scicluna, a dedicated midwife at a Hampshire Hospital, and in association with our associates Starjammer Engineering and Your Laser Lounge, we are pleased to present an affordable Breastfeeding Pump Gauge.  A number of these are already proving their worth, and now we're expanding production of these simple little tools. 

This is designed to help midwives safely measure womens nipples following birth so that they can select the correct breast pump fitting.   Many new mothers have problems in expressing milk for their newborns, and the alternative devices on the market are inordinately expensive for what they are.

So, we came up with an inexpensive and safe design with gently rounded corners, made from 3mm acrylic.  These come supplied with a detachable pocket clip which fits through the rectangular hole inset, and can measure nipple sizes from 9mm to 25mm.
