An eerie blue acrylic paint, good for basing and layering, and adds depth and substance to ice works and pond terrain.
Use either with Imperial Indigo (MG2137) as a stark contrast paint, and Frostbite (MG2050) to provide that all important patina and sub zero feel to a piece.
As a finishing touch, use UV curing transparent resins on top to create an incredible water effect. Thinned out, Neptune Blizzard can be used also to provide a lighter blue to naval models as a base for waves and boat wakes.
