Hexoplanet is a barren, salty mix consisting of faux quartzite and rocks that could possibly be but definitely aren't cobalt from an aeons old conflict long since past.
Apply PVA or Mod Podge to the area you need to cover, sprinkle over the terrain and shake off the excess when happy with the coverage, then use our shading mediums to change/adjust the final tone of the landscape.
