Moonhopper Games is chuffed to bits to announce that we are stocking This Quar's War.
The Quar are simple folk, with no magical powers, supernatural capabilities or advanced technology at their beck and call. They love their food - mostly bugs, and the majority of Quarfolk are farmers, merchants or traders. As such, they all want to live in ignorance of worldly concerns, and when not working hard, all they care about really are mothcakes and ale.
Then there is the dark side of Quarkind. Political, unscrupulous, eggregious...and ambitious. And is it is this avarice and greed in the Quar that has brought about ongoing conflict. War without end, war that has been going on for over five millenia.
The Quar's long war is now entering a new phase. So, choose a side, make allegiances and assemble your armies, whether they be the Coftyran Crymuster, loyal to the Quar Royal Family, or the militant Crusaders who want to modernise and ensure freedom for all Quars.
This two-player game contains 24 hard plastic Quar (12 Crusaders and 12 Coftyrans with 24 hard plastic dual-use bases), 10 activation cards, 6 D6 dice, and a 48 page rulebook.
The box itself has a set of cut-out terrain on the box sides that will help you set up a battlefield from the word go.
